In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

Lead the team of Production Planning process for the CR factory to ensure finished goods production plan are aligned to the Business supply plans to achieve customers satisfaction. Ensure that capacity plans and constrained master production plans optimize the labor and machine resources whilst achieving the business goals for cost, productivity and service level. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to achieve the sales, marketing and/or consensus forecast as input for the Supply Plan and S&OP meeting.
Create and drive a positive working environment and culture of continues improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from your resources. Lead the development of your team to increase their skills and capability in readiness for internal progression and succession.

• Lead the team of Production Planning process for the CR factory
• Ensure that capacity plans and constrained master production plans optimize the labor and machine resources
• Ensure master production plans are in alignment with AOP
• Run the Long-term Capacity to support future volumes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to achieve the sales

You are a part of

• * Bachelor or higher *or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Desirable managing team)
• APICS certification preferable
• Leadership & Negotiation
• English level: Advance
