About the role
The objective is to provide financial advice, financial planning, and analysis that helps the business meet or exceed goals. This role will focus on preparing and monitoring the budget, including headcount, Std Cost setting, subsequent forecasts and long-range planning for projects and new products. The analyst will need to liaise with multiple stakeholders to drive the short- and long-term financial performance execution of the Projects.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include
- Support short & long-range business planning processes dealing appropriately with uncertainty.
- Define & improve scalable financial processes around month-end reporting.
- Work with Business Partners to define get back to target action plans.
- Deliver key insights to business partners on variances through thoughtful analysis and reporting.
- Develop various metrics to monitor health of the project on a regular basis.
- Drive the Cost improvement Program of the project to ensure spend optimization and Std Cost reduction in a sustainable manner & aligned to strategic plans.
- Lead Std Cost modeling exercises working with multiple teams to obtain and assess inputs.
- Std Cost setting in SAP
- Build strong business partnerships with Leadership team.
- Support ad-hoc management reporting and analysis, as needed.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team to enhance the function’s contribution to the company, share best practices, identify gaps, lead change, and help determine priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis roles directly supporting a large manufacturing multinational corporation.
- Advance proficiency in Excel, solid experience with PowerPoint.
- Experience in SAP, Hyperion (HFM), Power BI, costing system, budgeting and control methods, local and US accounting Standards.
- Motivated person showing finance leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability and experience working in cross functional teams.
- English level: +90%
- Medical Devices Preferred)

- Confidence in talking with senior leadership/VPs.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong initiative and collaborative workstyle.
- Action oriented despite uncertainty.
- Strength in concisely explaining complex transactions and business impact.
- Ability to drive process-based improvement across functions and within Finance.
