Role

Are you looking for new opportunities? This role is a part of a ground-breaking new team that focuses on strategic priorities and new actionable analysis. The right candidate will have a solid understanding of finance concepts and is able to communicate and distill important metric findings to senior leadership on the business side. The candidate should also be able to function semi-autonomously during the creation of new metrics and ad hoc performance analysis. This person will also work in close partnership with the SVP of BI & Analytics in helping leadership make better decisions through tip of the spear analysis.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of data and analytics requests from the Finance organization.

Coordinate and partner with strategic accounts team on reporting and metric needs.

Provide project management support and implementation of large-scale projects.

Work with large amounts of data to build, develop and maintain recurring reporting and performance measurements that support key business decisions.

Work with team to brainstorm and define new performance measurements and analysis opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related.
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Analytics, or relevant field.
  • Experience with cross-functional support/partnership.
  • Able to provide feedback on existing and future processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience preparing presentations.
  • Able to adapt to new software and processes using all available training and internet resources.
  • Some familiarity with FP&A budgeting and planning cycle knowledge and financial modelling experience.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization program (Tableau, Qlikview, etc.) a plus.
