The Song Marketing Analyst collaborate with the Song marketers to help execute our marketing strategy and reports directly to our Song Service Hive Lead. They are:

a motivated marketing and communications professional with strong writing and presentation skills, and a strategic, data-led mindset.

a detail-oriented and proactive team player who possesses exemplary judgment and project management skills.

a relationship builder with the ability to turn complex issues and opportunities into simple and powerful narratives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates across the Song Marketing + Communication Team and wide M+C organization to deliver on priority campaigns directly related the Song marketing strategy. Eg case studies, award submissions, event planning and other day-to-day activities.

Project management for special projects across the team, such as budget management, events, campaigns and content creation.

Use Accenture Marketing + Communications tools, e.g. SynOps to know the work across all teams, and identify areas of collaboration.

Owns quarterly metrics reporting and can thoroughly synthesize and distill key findings from data to identify trends and big impact moments.

Actively participates in communities of practice to build subject matter expertise and communicates, share and store insights and information in an efficient way.

Supports the team with organizational tasks including post-call recaps, scheduling follow-ups, working in close liaison with other teams including creative, event management, people engagement, learning development, etc.

Partner with Song M+C leads to ensure quality, effectiveness and timeliness of input and output. Review and adapt approach based on performance insights. Maintains and organizes assets and materials developed, leveraging Accenture’s internal knowledge-sharing and collaboration tools.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree. A Marketing, Communications or business-related major

Advanced English is mandatory

Strong Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel skills and drive to learn new tools and processes

Strong negotiation, influence, mediation, conflict management and executive stakeholder management skills.

Strong attention to detail

Ability to build new relationships and networks

Team player with great interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate

Bold creativity and a passion for new, futuristic technology trends and content, and ability to continuously learn.
