Requirements:
- B2+ (Read, Write and Speak in supported language). Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the language of support
- Direct customer service experience required, preferably in contact centers.
- Chat Experience is a plus

Skills:
- Strong multi-tasking skills (able to navigate resources and support customers simultaneously).
- Ability to listen actively and probe through questions.
- Ability to understand and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information.
- Ability to apply interpersonal skills to customer interactions and able to show empathy for customers\' circumstances.
- Comfortable with working in fast-paced team.
- Able to provide customer support through written and spoken channels
- Strong analytical, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms
- Capacity to work independently with computers, navigation skills
- Able to identify customer problems and provide troubleshooting steps.
- Organized when working, being able to document and categorize customers\' issues.
- Able to identify when to escalate a problem and follow escalation procedures.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
