What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting prospect research using external sources (i.e.: external websites and social media) as well as tools like Salesforce and ZoomInfo to gather relevant data for Prospect Qualification.
- Utilizes a variety of research techniques and resources to vet and audit background reports, profiles, and other information.
- Analyzing and interpreting patterns and trends to differentiate restricted vs non-restricted industries/equipment defined by our internal policies.
- Recording findings by taking written notes and as well tracking daily productivity on pre-defined trackers.
- Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate prospect notes.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Experience with CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Financial Services and/or leasing experience.
