Sales Representative - Fitness Products

Location: Escazú, Costa Rica

Increase sales by 20% over the next year through proactive strategies for lead generation and closing, while identifying at least 10 new business opportunities in the fitness sector aligned with Doer Fitness’s mission.

• Implement proactive strategies to identify and acquire potential clients with a focus on satisfaction and long-term retention. Minimum quarterly sales closing rate: 10%.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and business opportunities, and establish at least 5 new collaboration opportunities with potential partners each quarter.
• Collaborate with the marketing department in the development and execution of promotional campaigns, contributing innovative ideas to help boost sales by 10%.

• Identify and contact potential clients through various platforms and social media.
• Present and demonstrate products and services focused on customer needs and benefits.
• Proactively follow up on leads to ensure personalized and ongoing attention.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to detect new business opportunities.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns and events to strengthen the brand.
• Maintain consistent communication with current customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Generate monthly sales reports and performance reviews, highlighting improvement areas.
• Participate in internal product and sales training.
• Suggest improvements to sales and customer service processes.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, customer service) to deliver a comprehensive customer experience.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Effective and persuasive communication skills.
• Background or knowledge in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
• Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to set and meet goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
