Support Client´s Facilities team with the execution of day-to-day activities.

About This Role
Support Client´s Facilities team with the execution of day-to-day activities.
What You'll Do
- Validation of facilities equipment within Company's Quality System.
- Review of assigned facilities equipment.
- Closure of Work Orders.
- Contractor's management of assigned facilities equipment.
- Support facilities systems improvement projects.
- Spare parts management of assigned systems.
- Handle deviations or CAPAs of assigned systems.
- Prepare and maintain a Project Tracker with weekly updates for Management Review.
- Other tasks as agreed upon between the Liaisons listed in this Statement of Work.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities engineering within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry.
- Understanding and familiarity with critical utility systems such as BMS, HVAC, OFA, RODI, medical gases, and power, which are essential for cleanroom and facility operations.
- Proficiency in managing and understanding critical utility systems, including BMS, HVAC, OFA, RODI, medical gases, and power, essential for facility operations.
- Language: Spanish: Native Speaker, English: Fluent speaking, writing and reading.
