Job Description

The Sr. Salesforce Admin supports critical functions and new development for Sales organization. This role supports the roadmap for key initiatives of teams, like Sale, Service, etc that use the Salesforce platform

This role is responsible to develop business solutions that meet the needs of our users declarative and no -code solutions when possible. These solutions need to leverage the sr. Salesforce Admins experience and industry best practices to increase business efficiency, optimize solutions and resources, manage security and data accuracy, implement new tech such as AI and help mentor less experienced Admins.

The Sr. Salesforce Admin will proactively manage Snap’s Salesforce environment; minimize downtime and ensure compliance with business processes. Oversee CI/CD release process and coordinate with other Salesforce teams.

With Salesforce as the backbone of our operations, a skilled Admin will enable scalable growth, reduce operational costs, and enhance the overall business experience, delivering a strong return on investment.
