About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain & Procurement Leader with over 15 years of experience in multinational environments, including the medical technology sector. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management, S&OP, procurement, and cross-border leadership. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively lead regional teams and drive operational excellence across Latin America and the Caribbean.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Oversee the S&OP process to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and market demand.
  • Direct procurement activities to ensure cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage and mentor high-performing regional teams across multiple countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Drive change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and implement value-added processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, finance, and regulatory affairs.
  • Provide strategic input for international projects and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze market trends and regional dynamics to inform supply chain strategies and business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements, including those specific to the medical device industry.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations within multinational companies.
  • Strong background in the medical technology or healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in leading regional teams and managing complex international projects.
  • Expertise in S&OP, procurement strategy, and supply chain optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPSM).
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
