About This Role

We are seeking a highly capable and bilingual Program Manager with a strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI) and supply chain management. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring seamless product launches. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to support international operations and stakeholder engagement.

What You Will Work On

• Lead end-to-end program management for new product introductions, from concept through launch.
• Develop and implement scalable NPI frameworks to ensure timely and cost-effective product rollouts.
• Oversee supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, and international import/export operations.
• Implement and optimize ERP systems to support program execution and operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve customs compliance issues, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations.
• Manage program budgets, including profit and loss accountability and cost reduction initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers across multiple regions.
• Provide bilingual communication and documentation in English and Spanish to support global collaboration.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on NPI and supply chain.
• Proven success in managing international operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and import/export regulations.
• Experience in profit and loss management, project scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• PMP or other project management certification.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
