About This Role
We are seeking a highly capable and bilingual Program Manager with a strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI) and supply chain management. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to support international operations and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Work On
- Lead end-to-end program management for new product introductions, from concept through launch.
- Develop and implement scalable NPI frameworks to ensure timely and cost-effective product rollouts.
- Oversee supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, and international import/export operations.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems to support program execution and operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve customs compliance issues, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations.
- Manage program budgets, including profit and loss accountability and cost reduction initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Maintain detailed project schedules and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers across multiple regions.
- Provide bilingual communication and documentation in English and Spanish to support global collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on NPI and supply chain.
- Proven success in managing international operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and import/export regulations.
- Experience in profit and loss management, project scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- PMP or other project management certification.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fully remote independent contractor role.
