About This Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Consultant with deep expertise in supply chain and operations management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems (SAP S/4, EWM, TM, Oracle), with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to support multinational clients and cross-border initiatives. Experience in the medical device industry is a strong plus.

About This Role
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Consultant with deep expertise in supply chain and operations management. What You Will Work On
- Lead and execute consulting projects focused on optimizing supply chain and operational performance.
- Analyze and improve processes across inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and procurement.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Configure and optimize ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Oracle) to support business transformation.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify pain points and develop tailored solutions.
- Deliver measurable improvements in delivery times, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Provide bilingual support (English and Spanish) in client communications, documentation, and training.
- Support change management and knowledge transfer across diverse teams and regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting roles.
- Proven success in process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, and Oracle.
- Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience working with clients in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Fully remote, independent contractor role.
