GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Accounts payable. Request quotes, approvals, process payments, database, send payment vouchers. Conduct weekly statement reviews and keep credit, cash, and prepaid accounts current. Keep payment requests up to date. Organize physical and digital documents. Follow up on quotes and confirm receipt of electronic invoices. Keep track of supplies.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) (B2 or C1)
Must have accounting background -technical degree- or 1 year of experience
Available to work Monday thru Friday
