About the Role:\nThis role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional looking to grow in a fast-paced, international B2B environment, targeting clients in the U.S. market.\nPosition Objective:\nResponsible for generating qualified sales opportunities in the U.S. market through proactive outbound prospecting and effective lead qualification, supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach \nIdentify and qualify potential clients based on defined criteria (ICP) \nSchedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the sales team \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in company systems\nBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities \nCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies\nDocument interactions and meeting outcomes, and ensuring timely follow-ups
· KPIs & Targets:\nMonthly target: 5+ qualified meetings (SQLs) \nPipeline generation and conversion metrics\n \nCompensation:\nCompetitive base salary (based on experience)\nPerformance-based incentives for exceeding monthly targets \nAdditional commissions for leads converted into closed business
· \nRequirements\nMandatory:\nAdvanced English proficiency (C1 or higher). \nProven experience in B2B prospecting or outbound sales. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English. \nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nExperience working with lead databases and prospecting tools.\nPreferred:\nDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.\nExperience in prospecting and lead generation for the BPO / Contact Center industry (US Market).\nSkills:\nHighly organized and results driven. \nStrong ability to communicate value clearly and persuasively. \nResilient and comfortable with cold outreach. \nAbility to work with international clients (U.S. market).-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad
