Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to support the successful adoption of business processes, technologies, and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive organizational readiness and user adoption throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Design and implement communication, engagement, and training strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership alignment sessions, and change agent networks to strengthen organizational buy-in and engagement.
  • Coach sponsors, managers, key users, and change champions on their roles in supporting organizational change.
  • Develop and track change management KPIs, adoption metrics, and success measures to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify sources of resistance and proactively implement mitigation plans to improve stakeholder acceptance and adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and functional teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans and governance structures.
  • Support training development, end-user enablement activities, and communication campaigns across project phases.
  • Provide post-go-live adoption support, reinforcement strategies, and lessons learned to ensure sustained business outcomes.
  • Participate in project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews, providing change management insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate interest and openness to learning Project Management practices, with opportunities to support activities such as project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and project governance, as needed.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 5–8+ years of professional experience in Organizational Change Management, business transformation, or consulting.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives and technology implementations.
  • SAP project experience (e.g., S/4HANA, EWM, TM, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of OCM methodologies and frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Prosci Change Management Methodology, Kotter, or similar.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication planning, training enablement, and adoption activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Prosci, ADKAR, or other Change Management certifications are a plus.
  • Interest in learning and supporting Project Management activities is considered an advantage.
  • Valid passport and valid U.S. Business Visa for business travel to the United States.
  • Willingness and availability to travel up to 40%–50% of the time.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written.
