IT Systems Engineer II

About Our Team
The low-code squad, known as the Appsters, serves as the steward and governance body for our enterprise low-code platforms. We are responsible for maintaining the health, stability, and evolution of platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, N8N, Quickbase, and ABBYY.
Our team manages environments, upgrades, standards, and documentation while providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and scalable adoption. We are dedicated to enabling innovation and operational efficiency through strong governance, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Configuration
Configure platform components including permissions, environments, data sources, connectors, service accounts, and solution assets based on team standards.
Contribute to reusable templates, patterns, documentation, and automation practices that improve delivery consistency.
Governance & Platform Management
Apply Appsters governance practices for access, ownership, environments, naming conventions, documentation, change control, data handling, and lifecycle management.
Support platform governance activities such as environment strategy, DLP awareness, connector reviews, solution packaging, pipeline usage, default environment cleanup, orphaned asset remediation, site and app ownership, permission hygiene, and service account management.
Help maintain visibility into platform health, adoption, incidents, support trends, and operational risks.
Support & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, permission, data, and configuration issues across supported platforms.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable fixes that reduce repeat incidents.
Support controlled production changes, environment validation, access updates, and hypercare activities.
Create and maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides so recurring issues can be resolved consistently.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, build, test, and ship new features and platform improvements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Create high-quality Confluence documentation for technical and semi-technical audiences, including setup guides, architecture notes, standards, runbooks, and support procedures.
Stay current with relevant platform capabilities, governance changes, industry trends, and emerging automation practices.
Job Requirements
Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
Understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, and governance principles.
Hands-on experience configuring environments, permissions, integrations, and platform assets.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional, global teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their application in automation and process optimization.
Exposure to AI-powered tools and capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform AI features, or intelligent document processing (for example, ABBYY).
Ability to identify opportunities to enhance workflows and platforms using AI-driven solutions.
Familiarity with prompting, automation and AI orchestration, or conversational interfaces is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience working with low-code platforms in a professional environment.
Exposure to automation tools and integrations, including APIs, connectors, and workflows.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including participation in standard ceremonies.
Education
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.-Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad
