Objective: Ensure the sourcing and hiring of qualified personnel, in accordance with the profiles and requirements of clients, whether internal or external.
Main Functions:
1-Direct and execute the complete recruitment process.
2-Facilitate sessions with clients and the Operations Manager to evaluate the requirements of the position to be filled.
3-Review and screen resumes to select candidates who match the requested profile, conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews, or other filters required by the client.
4-Draft job descriptions and publish them on social media and job boards.
5-Schedule interview meetings between clients and potential candidates.
6-Manage the hiring of new personnel requested by internal and external clients within agreed-upon deadlines.
7-Conduct background and reference checks.
8-Prepare job offers according to client instructions and estimate market-aligned salaries.
9-Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the corresponding hiring manager.
10-Follow up with all applicants and keep them informed throughout the application process.
11-Oversee the onboarding process up to the new employee\'s integration.
12-Generate metrics and reports for the team, including background check reviews, background exceptions, and compliance reports.
Job Requirements:
1-Completed Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology, Human Talent Management, or related fields.
2-Fluent English (B2+, C1).
3-Minimum 2 proven years of work experience in recruitment processes, utilizing various recruitment tools.
4-Experience in IT recruitment.
5-Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Work Modality: Hybrid.
Schedule & Location:
-Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
