We are looking for a Launch Coordinator to lead the successful introduction of new products and programs from concept to production. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and global stakeholders to ensure every launch meets critical milestones related to quality, cost, timing, and performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead new product and program launches throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Drive project execution to ensure successful achievement of timing, budget, customer, and operational objectives.
• Manage project schedules, risks, deliverables, and key launch milestones.
• Support equipment installation, validation activities, and production readiness for successful program implementation.
• Monitor tooling and capital expenditures while ensuring alignment with customer and company requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize launch performance.
• Lead regular project reviews and communicate progress, risks, and action plans to management and leadership teams.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

Experience

• Strong background working with cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Product Engineering, and Process Engineering.
• Proven success managing complex projects from planning through production launch.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, program management, APQP, PPAP, and launch methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools.
