Bilingual Operations Manager
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Operation Manager (in a call center preferred)
- Career Degree acording or related to the position
- Advanced English Proficiency
- Experience in managing team works
- Extensive experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Proven leadership abilities and a history of motivating teams towards excellence.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, focused on business outcomes and client value.
- Knowledge of project management, regulatory compliance, and industry standards preferred.
